Ingredients: NOODLE BLOCK - Wheat flour, vegetable oil (refined palm oil, antioxidant (320, 321)), tapioca starch, thickener (starch acetate (1420)), salt, emulsifier (stabilizer (420(ii)), soybean oil, emulsifier (322), emulsifier (475)), gluten powder, thickener (guar gum (412), propylene glycol alginate (405)), stabilizer (pentasodium triphosphate (451(i)), potassium carbonate (501(i))), raising agent (sodium carbonate (500(i))), natural colorant (riboflavin (101(i))).

SEASONING PACKET - Salt, fat powder, seaweed powder (1.3% by mass), glucose, sugar, clam powder (0.64% by mass), fish powder, garlic powder, seasoning powder, tapioca starch, flavor enhancer (monosodium glutamate (621)), hydrolyzed vegetable protein, pepper powder, flavor enhancer (Disodium 5'-inosinate (631), Disodium 5'-guanylate (627)), acidity regulator (Trisodium citrate (331(iii))), anti-caking agent (Amorphous silicon dioxide (551)). DRIED VEGETABLE PACKET - Dried seaweed (2% by mass).

Usage: Add the dried seaweed packet to 450ml-500ml of water and bring to a boil. Add the noodle block and seasoning packet into the pot simultaneously and cook for 3 minutes. Turn off the heat, transfer to a bowl, and serve immediately. Tastes even better with a dash of sesame oil, or paired with meat, shrimp, or seafood.
