Mô tả ngắn
Oolong tea is produced from Oolong tea varieties imported from Taiwan, grown in the Thai Nguyen tea-growing region, where the soil and climate conditions are exceptionally favorable for tea plants, resulting in the finest tea flavor in the country.
Oolong tea at Tra Dai Gia is produced according to standard processes following the origins of this tea variety in Taiwan. The tea leaves are hand-picked and naturally fermented up to 70%, with the tea leaves rolled into a round, visually appealing shape.
The tea liquor is clear and green, with a mild and refreshing aroma. The tea is fragrant and delicious, with a slight astringency on the tip of the tongue that quickly fades, leaving a lingering sweetness in the mouth. Tea brewed in the morning retains its color until noon. Store in a cool, dry place at a temperature between 5°C and 10°C. Shelf life: 24 months from the date of production. Place of production: Vietnam.
Usage: The tea tastes best when brewed in a porcelain or clay teapot with a capacity of 250 to 300ml. Depending on your preference, you can adjust the strength by varying the amount of tea added to the pot. Rinse the tea in the teapot to awaken its aroma. Pour boiling water over it and let it steep for about 3–5 minutes before serving. After each infusion, pour out all the tea liquid from the teapot immediately, or transfer it to a cup; do not let the tea leaves steep in boiling water for too long. Finish the first infusion before adding more boiling water to repeat the process. The tea can be infused 3 to 4 times.
