Usage: The tea tastes best when brewed in a porcelain or clay teapot with a capacity of 250 to 300ml. Depending on your preference, you can adjust the strength by varying the amount of tea leaves added to the pot. Rinse the tea in the teapot to awaken its aroma. Pour boiling water over it and let it steep for about 3–5 minutes before serving. Each time you steep, use all the tea liquor in the pot immediately, or pour it into a cup; do not let the tea steep in boiling water for too long. Finish the first infusion before adding more boiling water to repeat the process. The tea can be steeped 3 to 4 times.
