Ingredients:

Hu Tieu Noodles: Rice (33.3%), potato starch, thickeners (INS 1404, INS 466), salt.

Minced Meat Packet: Water, minced pork (7.8%), imitation meat (defatted soy flour), refined palm oil, shallots, tapioca starch, soy sauce, garlic, fish sauce, flavor enhancers (monosodium L-glutamate, disodium 5'-guanylate, disodium 5'-inosinate), refined sugar, salt, pepper powder, flavorings (natural coriander flavor), natural color (beta-carotene (plant extract)), antioxidant (tocopherol concentrate (mixed form)).

Seasoning Packet: Salt, refined sugar, flavor enhancers (monosodium L-glutamate, disodium 5'-guanylate, disodium 5'-inosinate), imitation meat (defatted soy flour), flavorings (synthetic meat flavor, natural soy sauce flavor), garlic powder, dried vegetables (scallions, cilantro), shrimp powder (0.25%), chicken powder (0.13%), pepper powder, anti-caking agent (INS 551), Oil Packet: Refined palm oil, fried shallots (1.5%), celery, pork fat, fried garlic (0.17%), chili, flavorings (natural fried onion flavor), antioxidant (tocopherol concentrate (mixed form)), natural color (beta-carotene (plant extract)).
Instructions for use: Place hu tieu noodles, seasoning packet, and oil packet into a bowl, excluding the minced meat packet. Pour in enough boiling water (about 400ml), cover the bowl tightly for 3 minutes, then open the lid, cut open the minced meat packet and add it, stir well and enjoy.
Storage instructions: Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
Note: Product contains soy, fish, shrimp, celery, and sesame.
