     In cases stated in the Return/ Exchange Conditions, LOTTE Mart will refund as follow time frame:

• COD orders: Refund in cash which equivalent to the product value you paid on the order will be refunded when LOTTE Mart staff come to your home to collect the defect product.
• Orders paid by credit card: Refund to the purchased account, refund time frame is from 07 to 14 working days for domestic cards, and the refund time is from 30 to 45 working days for cards from international financial institutions (detailed refund time depending on the card issuing Bank) from the date of collected defect product then you will receive refund confirmation from LOTTE Mart. Please contact us via Hotline / Kakaotalk / Email channels for further support in case you have not received your refund after mentioned days.
• Orders paid by ATM card: refund to the account you used when making payment, refund time within 03 - 07 working days (depending on the Bank) since you receive Refund confirmation from LOTTE Mart. Please contact us via Hotline / Kakaotalk / Email channels for further support in case you have not received your refund after 07 working days .
• Oders paid by Momo e-wallet: refund within 24 hours to the purchased account when LOTTE Mart confirm . If you have not receive the refund information in the transaction history of e-wallets, please contact us via Hotline / Kakaotalk / Email channels for support.

Note:

• Refund amount will not include shipping fee, promotion amount, coupons of applicable programs, cashback of LOTTE Mart or any other third party partners. When you return the product, LOTTE Mart requests permission to withdraw the promotional merchandise included with the returned product.

In case that you no longer keep or have used the bundled promotional products, we would not support the return. LOTTE Mart will also deduct the accumulated points as well as promotional points (if any) of the returned product.
